Dental volunteers for Israel

The Trudi Birger Dental Clinic in Jerusalem is looked upon as a unique place in the complex and frustrating political and social reality in Israel. The children of Jerusalem, both Jews and Arabs, are the future of this country, and especially now in this time of turmoil, we find that the number of needy children from poor families is growing. We meet in our clinic Jewish children of innocent families that are terror victims and Palestinian children that are innocent victims of the political situation. All the children suffer from the ongoing Israeli-Palestinian conflict. The clinic is sort of a «bubble» that enables co-existence and creates harmony for peace. Here is a place that unites Jerusalem’s children and gives them the feeling that they are equal, that they deserve the best because they are Israel’s treasure for a hopeful better tomorrow.
